Some children could be picked more than once for showing each and every Christian Value, every single term, and as such we have developed the ‘always’ ALWAYS Award.

We have decided that once a year, in Summer, all staff around school will get the opportunity to vote for the pupil whom they believe embodies our school values. This could be somebody who has received the award earlier in the year, or it could be somebody who you feel goes each day relatively 'unseen', but does the right thing. Any member of staff can nominate any child from any year group.

Once we have received nominations, a group of different stakeholders (TA, governors, SLT, office staff) are asked to decide upon the 'winner' based upon an anonymised set of statements.

This child receives all the same rewards as an ALWAYS child, but also gets a comfy seat during Worships for a full year!
